About Our Show
Love and acceptance, particularly without judgment or expectation, allows us to relax into a deeper self-awareness, thus opening the door to personal healing and global change. Autumn and Blake created Gaiascock as an invitation to all: it is a place to explore what lives inside, roll around in it, take the charge out of it, then integrate it so we can all emerge as the fully expressive beings we want to be.
You are not broken. You are human. And even if it seems the two are synonymous these days, we say, there is nothing to fix. There are, however, lights you can turn on to make it easier to find your way around these dark light times. The only way through is in – which is fun when you let it be.
How Our Podcast Began
We are longtime friends who like to talk deep and inspire each other. We have no taboos, no secrets, which makes us fearless communicators. When we are alone, we can often overwhelm those who are not used to this kind of communication, but together we say it all — including the stuff nobody says — and appreciate each other for it.
This is not the crude and shocking, reality-tv-based, anything-to-get-a-rating sorta stuff, but the inner stuff, the stuff we’ve all been taught to bury inside us in order to keep our families happy, to avoid physical harm, to keep the insecurities at bay, to stay in the in crowd, to keep our relationships intact, and so on.
But not us. We roll around in it and learn from it. We laugh, we cry, we breathe it in and we trust each other enough to stay fearless in our pursuit of awareness and unity. We recognize this is why we are here, and we love being vast mirrors of truth for each other, and through this clearing, for anyone else willing to look inside the unity vision with us.
And while we once lived in the same town, now we live 750 miles away from each other so we spend a lot of time in each other’s ears. Then one day, Blake was gardening with Autumn in her ear, and a friend overheard a bit of our conversation and said, whoa, you guys should record that. We listened.
How You Can Get Involved
We know that Gaiascock is about more than us. The world is experiencing great change, and so many of us want to participate and contribute to the shift that is occurring. But how?
Emerge. Connect. Activate. Empower.
Just by showing up and reflecting to each other in complete, nonjudgmental, loving honesty, we can produce dramatic shifts in our world. We know this in our friendship. Mutual vulnerability, trust and fearless communication allows us to express all the rough, grungy, ugly, shameful, needy, angry, funny, joyous, loving nuances on the road.
While immensely beneficial early in the journey toward wholeness, talk therapy can only go so far. Without a highly skilled, emotionally sophisticated practitioner who can help us rise beyond “what happened”, we run the risk of falling into a “story loop”: — which is no fun for anyone as it is like watching the same movie over and over again.
Shift happens in the now, and collectively, whether we like it or not, our stuff is up, so we must get to the discovery beyond the old story. The simple practice of truly listening to whatever emerges becomes its own goal, without judgment, without attachment to the previously cemented version, without blame, shame or denial, without rejection or wallowing. This is possible when trust is present. We have found this trust in each other and want to share this with you.
While we truly respect and deeply appreciate those who stay at basecamp to keep the tents warm, some of us must keep trekking. Our path is to hike down the darkest valleys and climb back up the highest peaks, facing whatever comes our way. We ask the hard questions and look straight into the fire to become the flame of self-discovery. We witness each other, you witness us, we witness you and soon only love and compassion remain. This is our most holy grail, a potent healing elixir for the soul.
We have all been told that it starts with the self, yet we also know that relationships are a fast track to self-understanding, as the mirror of another accelerates this process. Join us in this reflection. Listen to yourself echoing into your own ears, see how much our story parallels your own. Let our raw willingness inspire you to share your story, evolve through it, reflect with it, become whole with it.
Emerge. Activate. Empower.

Behind The Mic

Blake More
Blake More is an artist and poet with many creative voices and obsessions. Blurring the boundaries between disciplines, her work embraces visual art, poetry, video, performance, costume design, teaching, functional mixed media art/life pieces and hand-painted art cars. She also stands on her head, dances, digs in the dirt, eats homegrown food, grows her own medicine, plays with children and swims with dolphins whenever possible.
A UCLA graduate and lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa, she has avoided a “real job” since 1989, and makes her living as a graphic designer, artist in the classrooms, writer, mural painter, radio host, performer, costume designer and poet.
Blake’s art is often inspired by nature, geometry and the female form, and she regularly incorporates mixed-media collage and painting into her digital expressions. She also likes to paint big, and this includes three “artcars” the latest is a Mercedes SL500 painted with a metallic palette she calls “Star Yantra” (staryantra.life).
At home with an audience, she frequently organizes and hosts cabarets and shows, including a long standing poetry & jazz series and an hour long public affairs program called Women’s Voices on KZYX&Z FM Mendocino. In addition, she is the author of one fiction, two non-fiction, and four books of poetry.

Autumn Waters
Autumn Waters is a human being who advocates for truth in all forms. She has devoted her life to bringing physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies into one cohesive state of being.
A trained doula, she also draws from the practices of Theta Healing, Amanae, Toning, Healing through Forgiveness, and Applied Kinesiology to find life’s dynamic balance, moment by moment. She has a deep and all-abiding love and respect for mother nature and all of her creations and truly believes that nature has the ability to heal all imbalance.
She has worked on the subtle body levels with both human and animal-friends and has tended children in the emergency foster care system, assisting precious, innocent beings in stabilizing and beginning the healing/resetting processes of their journeys. “This particular part of the life walk showed me over and over again the extreme power in having just one being show up and witness another completely. Without judgment. The profound effects on shadow evolution from this one act of sheer presence is absolutely transformative. Holding space for the potential reclamation and integration of all fragmented parts of the whole self when witnessed and allowed their full expression, held in complete acceptance of the entirety of ‘what is’ — this, to me, is love.”
While (sometimes painfully) aware that she is still walking this human path and full of perceived flaws, she now sees herself as one little part of the great big whole, endeavoring to live a life of divine surrender and present moment awareness, welcoming and witnessing every bit of what arises, exactly as it is, holding it all in a container of absolute love and acceptance.
